Mrs. Allison Audain-Miller is the current Ombudsman effective 1st August 2017 and is the second female to hold the position.
She is a very analytical and results-oriented person. As a confident and passionate team player she is always keen to learn and work effectively.
A self-motivated graduate of the St. George’s University Mrs. Audain-Miller has been a career Civil Servant with thirty-nine (39) years of continuous service to the Grenada Public Service beginning May 1978 having worked in various Ministries and Departments commencing in the Teaching profession as a Probationer Teacher.
In 1981 Mrs. Audain-Miller was transferred to the mainstream Public Service as a Junior Auditor after which she progressed in the positions of Foreign Exchange Control Officer, Supervisor of Insurance, Social Worker 1 and Deputy Permanent Secretary and to the position of Permanent Secretary in 2009.
In August of 2016 Mrs. Audain-Miller was released to serve as Executive Secretary to the Grenada Public Workers Union. At the end of which she opted to retire from the Public Service
Mrs. Audain-Miller possesses a wide range of knowledge and skills and is dedicated to maintaining high quality standards. She has always prided herself as a dedicated officer with an aptitude for hard work and a willingness to accept responsibility and challenges.
